Reporting Maintenance

Please ensure you provide our Property Managers with a detailed description of the maintenance issue you are experiencing. This avenue of reporting maintenance is for non-urgent maintenance issues.
All URGENT maintenance issues are outlined in the Standard Residential Tenancy Terms supplied within your Tenancy Agreement.

Should you experience an urgent maintenance issue after hours please telephone our Property Manager on
02 6162 1908 and your call will be redirected. Leave a detailed voice message should they not answer. You are then able to contact the relevant trades person listed on the emergency trades person list supplied to you
